Integrative Elements is a Pilates and GYROTONIC® studio located in Playa Del Rey. Owner and certified trainer, Deandra Lee, has created a private and peaceful environment for clients in the comfort of her home. Through focused and challenging workouts clients develop strength, flexibility, and a deeper understanding of bio-mechanics. The studio is equipped with a Balanced Body Pilates Reformer and a GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower. Sessions may combine Pilates and GYROTONIC® as well as elements of yoga and massage therapy. Separate massage therapy sessions are offered as well.
